 Financial Analyst

Incumbent is responsible for developing and preparing various financial/operational reports and analyses used by the Company to evaluate performance versus budgets, forecasts, plans and contractual commitments. Additional responsibilities may include various accounting and financial reporting tasks that may change over time.


  • Develop and maintain relevant reports and analyses to assist leadership of the Company in evaluating financial and operational performance
  • Investigate and implement software products and other automation opportunities to improve the accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Work with CFO and Finance & Accounting Manager in the development of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Prepare variance analysis between actual and forecasted financial information
  • Work with team members outside of Finance in the development of revenue and labor goals and plans
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports and analyses
  • Prepare analyses of customer data in support of pricing new business and establishment of benchmarks.
  • Prepare cost analysis to assist senior management in decision making or other financial initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain procedural documentation for all assigned tasks


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Education focus in financial analysis
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookup and macros
  • Experience in the preparation of complex financial analyses and professional presentation documents (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with accounting systems
  • Experience working with databases (i.e. Access, SQL)
  • Excellent communication skills

Multi-Media Advertising Sales Representatives

Advertising Representatives will be responsible for handling the sales of digital and print advertisements through consultative telesales. Representatives will provide guidance to customers/clients to build effective advertisements while handling incoming calls and emails, and outbound renewal calls for repeat advertising and continued customer/client relationships.


  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong quality and clerical skills
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Weekend availability may be required for some shifts/teams
